Pre-Doc Campus Deadline

Each year, the Chancellor's Office establishes a system-wide deadline for California Pre-Doctoral Program applicants from all CSU campuses.

The 2026 deadline for submitting a complete online application is 5:00PM PST: 

FEBRUARY 13

The Chancellor's Office strongly encourages applicants to meet with the Campus Coordinator before submitting the online application.

Please email Dr. Viveros (fellows1@sfsu.edu) for a meeting at least two weeks before, and preferably well in advance of the application deadline.

For the meeting, please email as attachments drafts of your budget and application essays, if you have them.
